       Consumers in the world's major markets are now increasingly concerned not only with the quality of the goods they consume, but also with the conditions of the factories in which they are produced. That is why WCON has set out its social responsibility policy, which emphasises that WCON's products are produced not only in a safe and hygienic environment, but also in a socially acceptable one.

I. Child labour

       Child labourers under the age of 18 will not be employed in the company.

II. Forced labour

        Every employee works voluntarily in the company, and there is absolutely no extra charge when the employee enters the factory, restriction of the employee by working clothes and other forms of deposit, or withholding the ID card, etc. The employee is free to come and go in and out of the company during working hours.

III. Health and Safety

       Regular fire drills are organised every year, fire-fighting appliances and equipment are checked regularly, and employees are given education and training on health and safety.

IV. Trade unions

       Every employee of the company may join a trade union of his/her own choice, and the representatives of the trade union shall have the right to negotiate with the management of the factory about the contents.

V. Discrimination

       There is absolutely no discrimination in the company. Employees will not be treated differently in the process of hiring, promotion, salary increase, etc. on the basis of their race, religious beliefs, place of origin, gender, sexual orientation, etc.

Discipline and Harassment

       We absolutely respect our employees and do not use corporal punishment, threats of violence or other forms of physical or mental sexual or verbal harassment and abuse.

VII. Working Hours

       Working hours and overtime within the company are arranged in strict accordance with local labour laws on working hours. In any case, employees are guaranteed to have at least one day off for every seven days of work on average.

VIII. Employment Contracts and Remuneration

       The company guarantees to sign a labour contract with each employee in two copies, one for the company and one for the employee. The monthly salary paid to the employees shall not be less than the minimum wage stipulated by the local labour law, and the overtime pay shall be paid in accordance with the law, and the wages shall never be owed or withheld.

IX. Eliminate Corruption and Bribery

      We uphold the fair and clean attitude in any business behaviour, all the company's personnel shall not accept or ask for bribes.
